IRIS SISTERS is a transformative journey that creates space for young women to voice their perspectives on what they are concerned about through documentary filmmaking to initiate community dialogues to act as responsible communities. IRIS SISTERS strengthen young women’s inner powers on self-discovery, non-violent conflict transformation, and documentary filmmaking while nourishing the connection between humans and the earth as practitioners of INCLUSIVITY.
IRIS SISTERHOOD CIRCLE is a safer space for young women from diverse ethnic, faiths, regions, sexual orientations, social and educational backgrounds to come together to experience the biodiversity, socially crafted diversity, and the diversity in the Earth's life in order to master the art and skills to identify, accept, respect, nourish, promote and celebrate diversity while balancing feminine, masculine, earth and other energies within and around.
